Media practice Film/Video

The students were able to acquire their media practical knowledge in the field of digitally produced film and video in the seminar "Media Practice Film/Video", led by Dr. John Seidler. The seminar was offered for the bachelor's degree in media studies and was developed in cooperation with the consumer center NRW. During the seminar two videos were produced in which the participants dealt with the topics of sustainability in daily life, nutritional awareness and food waste and its alternatives.

What does Bonn eat?

Resulting from the service learning seminar "Agricultural and Nutritional Research", a guide for environmentally conscious nutrition in Bonn was developed. The regional guide, designed by the students, is intended to introduce the participants to current relevant topics of sustainable nutrition, scarcity of resources, globalization, sustainability in everyday life and conscious consumption with the help of a biparcour. The guide is designed for students of secondary school level 2 who can go on excursions and discover things independently in a playful way with the accompanying app.
