What does Bonn eat?

Resulting from the service learning seminar "Agricultural and Nutritional Research", a guide for environmentally conscious nutrition in Bonn was developed. The regional guide, designed by the students, is intended to introduce the participants to current relevant topics of sustainable nutrition, scarcity of resources, globalization, sustainability in everyday life and conscious consumption with the help of a biparcour. The guide is designed for students of secondary school level 2 who can go on excursions and discover things independently in a playful way with the accompanying app.
