"What does Bonn eat?

The answer to this interesting question was successfully worked out by the students of the University of Bonn in the context of the service learning seminar "Agricultural and Food Research".

Students Lilian Kupfer and Luisa Beinert have developed a regional guide for Bonn. It is aimed at secondary school students and offers the opportunity to learn more about

  • Sustainable nutrition
  • Resource scarcity
  • Globalisation issues
  • Sustainability in everyday life
  • Conscious consumption

through the "Biparcours" app. The app is free and can be downloaded from any app store. All you have to do is scan the code below and start your adventure in Bonn in search of more sustainability and environmental awareness!

This is what the two students say about the project:

"Biparcour is an online platform where you can create varied and interactive excursions with individual themed stations. We liked the app very much because it directly combines scientific input with tasks in places that you might not have got to know in this way".
