Guide for environmentally conscious nutrition in Bonn

"What is Bonn eating?"

The answer to this interesting question was successfully worked out by the students of the University of Bonn within the Service Learning seminar "Agricultural and Food Research".

The students Lilian Kupfer and Luisa Beinert developed a regional guide for Bonn. It is aimed for high school students which provides the opportunity to learn more about

  • sustainable nutrition
  • resourices shortage
  • globalisation topics
  • sustainability in daily life
  • conscious consumption

through the "Biparcours" App. The app is free of charge and can be downloaded from all kinds of app stores. You just have to scan the code, which can be found below, and your adventure in Bonn in search of more sustainability and environmental awareness begins!

This is what the two students say about the project:

"Biparcour is an online platform on which you can design varied and interactive excursions with individual thematically integrated stations. We liked the app very much because it combines scientific input directly with tasks in places that you might not have got to know in this way."
